Upon joining FMTECH including contractor in the project, you will be assigned with course(s) that applies to your position and role.

Fit to Purpose 

Process approach as per current practice and industry practices.  Inclusion of Videos, Activities, Lessons, Ebooks and Quizzes.

Multi-languages

Majority of our workforce belongs to skill level.  Reaching to native language will make a difference and improvement.
04.

Evaluation and Assessment

We seek for you to evolve and learn new skills and succeed in your roles.  Periodical assessment and refresher courses will be assigned.
05.

Certification

Successfully passing the evaluation of each courses certifiation will be issued.
